Julien Kitambala

Co-founder

Julien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Chrétienne Cardinal Malula (UCCM) in Congo and is pursuing certifications in Information Technology, including MTA Security Fundamentals and MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals. His background in both law and technology equips him with a unique skill set for addressing complex challenges in business and non-profit management.

As part of his philanthropic journey, Julien worked as a lawyer for the underprivileged at Caritas within the Catholic Church of Saint Andre in Kinshasa for several years. His experience as an orphan who lost his father at the age of 13 gave him firsthand insight into the hardships faced by orphans and disadvantaged individuals in the DRC. This personal history has fueled his passion and motivation to support children and vulnerable communities through FRALIS.
