Meet Our Co-founders
Julien Kitambala
Co-founder
Julien Kitambala was born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. He is married and a proud father of five children. Julien is an accomplished entrepreneur and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of his company, Eagle Business Solutions LLC, based in North Carolina. He is also the co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer of the non-profit organization Fraternité Action Lisungi (FRALIS) in the United States.
Julien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Chrétienne Cardinal Malula (UCCM) in Congo and is pursuing certifications in Information Technology, including MTA Security Fundamentals and MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals. His background in both law and technology equips him with a unique skill set for addressing complex challenges in business and non-profit management.
As part of his philanthropic journey, Julien worked as a lawyer for the underprivileged at Caritas within the Catholic Church of Saint Andre in Kinshasa for several years. His experience as an orphan who lost his father at the age of 13 gave him firsthand insight into the hardships faced by orphans and disadvantaged individuals in the DRC. This personal history has fueled his passion and motivation to support children and vulnerable communities through FRALIS.
Since immigrating to the United States with his family in November 2012, Julien has continued to dedicate himself to making a difference by promoting social justice and providing resources to those in need..
Sarah Mpala
Co-founder , Chief Executive Officer
Sarah Mpala Luyina was born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, and is the youngest of five children, with three brothers and one sister. In 2012, she moved to the United States on an immigration visa and has since become an American citizen, residing in Mooresville, North Carolina. Sarah is married and a proud mother of three boys.
Driven by her passion for service and community development, Sarah is the CEO and founder of the non-profit organization Fraternité Action Lisungi (FRALIS), which operates both in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the United States. FRALIS is dedicated to transforming the lives of those in need, particularly children, through initiatives that provide tangible assistance and support personal growth.
Sarah is deeply committed to promoting humanitarian values such as solidarity, compassion, equality, and social justice. Although she holds a high school diploma, her dedication and leadership have allowed her to create meaningful change and touch countless lives. Through FRALIS, Sarah strives to build a more equitable world, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
